Red-tailed Hawk Story

This blog will include a “mini” version of my previous blog, A Nestcam Blog for the Cornell Red-tailed Hawks. That blog may be referenced frequently.

These updates will occur at a minimum weekly, sometimes more, depending on the week. I hope you enjoy the posts!

After much anticipation, Big Red finally laid her first egg of the season on Saturday, March 28, 2015. Our royal pair have chosen the 2012 nesting platform this year. More info to be updated and posted soon on the different platforms and surrounding area. It looks like we are off to another wonderful season!

If you subscribe to this blog, you will have the advantage of being notified immediately of new posts. However, you may occasionally get my random thoughts on “whatever”. Please feel free to delete these from your inbox if you do not want these. Fortunately for you, I do not have random thoughts on “whatever” very often. Posts are usually updated minimally for minor grammar and content edits after first publication.

Thanks for taking on this blog. I’ve already learned something: the chart made it easy to see how late, relatively, this clutch is. I’m looking forward to your posts!

I am so glad to see you are back this year. I learned so much in 2013, and missed your details of life with BR and Ezra in 2014. Thank you!
